With a superb, un-spoilt marine environment surrounding the Heart of Argyll, the region’s restaurants and eateries have a wealth of fish and shellfish at their disposal. The tastes and textures are incredible, and so mouth-wateringly fresh. But to concentrate on the seaward harvest would be to miss the other half of what the area has to offer: delicious Scottish venison, Highland beef and lamb prepared in a variety of traditional and contemporary ways.
