You may encounter Osprey, Minke Whales, Seals, Porpoises, Dolphins, Basking Sharks, Puffins and many other wildlife species including otters, along with the odd historical landmark for good measure. Corryvreckan Whirlpool
The Corryvreckan round trip takes 2 and half hours and departs from Crinan harbour. This trip takes you to the Corryvreckan to see the tidal whirlpools through the passage between the Isle of Jura and the Isle of Scarba, taking in fantastic views of landmarks and wildlife along the way. Adults – £35 / Children £25
Isle of Jura:
From £25 per person, each way. Discounts available for families.
Venture West also offers whole boat charters. Whether you want to do some Island hopping and visit all the nearby islands in the same day, or trips to specific locations. Prices are approximately £200 for 2 hours, half day £400, full day £600. When you request the boat you can have up to 12 passengers on board. The price includes the boat, a fully qualified skipper and may differ based on distance traveled. Email Sandy for more details.
